All DEFYN customers can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached up to 14 days from the purchase date for a refund.
To request a return or exchange, reach out through Instagram DM's.
Please note that shipping fees will not be included in your refund amount, as the charge is what allowed us to ship your DEFYN's SCRUB to you. We do not accept returns or exchanges on embroidered items, or items marked as Final Sale.
